Welcome to Circus Deus. We are a family holding company, which is just a polite way of saying we are a group of people doing absolutely whatever it takes to keep the balloon in the air.

There is no grand, mystical master plan. There is no corporate playbook written in stone. Instead, there is a lot of running around, catching things before they hit the ground, and occasionally looking up to realize that, somehow, it is all still working. We build, we manage, we invest, and we try not to take ourselves too seriously while doing it.

We believe that business, much like life, is a bit of a circus. You can either stress about the chaos, or you can learn to juggle. We chose the latter. We are here to create value, support good ideas, and keep the show running — with a sense of humor, a lot of hard work, and the occasional realization that we forgot to add a dot somewhere and have to run back to fix it.

It is not always perfect, but it is always ours. And as long as the balloon is still flying, we are doing something right.
